This "CHERIE BPC" solution is the simplest version at present and the cheapest solution currently owned by "Cherie Tech" under the condition of ensuring the consistency of pump station, control host system and guide rail. Compared with the "one-stop solution", it has neither beautiful shaft aluminum alloy frame nor high-end intelligent hall door, but it has a separate backpack guide rail frame wrapped by stainless steel plate and a very simple sightseeing car. The car door can adopt accordion door or swing door, and meet the opening mode of all different directions at the same time. The appearance and ride comfort are also very in line with the actual decoration environment of customers, which can greatly save huge space and budget for customers.

Before leaving the factory, the whole set of equipment must undergo strict testing and debugging to ensure that all product performance and parameters meet the requirements. At the same time, we will modular assemble all components to the greatest extent. For example, all wiring of the control cabinet will be connected in advance. The external lines will be simply plugged with several hubs with one-to-one corresponding marks. The guide rail frame and lifting platform will also be modular transportation. The customer's installation process on site will be very simple. According to our experience, The installation process only needs an electrician who understands the mechanical operation principle and a worker who is responsible for assisting, and the overall time-consuming is between 7 and 10 days.

The later maintenance is also very simple. Under the normal daily use frequency, only the basic hydraulic oil and lubricating oil need to be replaced every six months. The required hydraulic oil is also the most common low-cost anti-wear hydraulic oil on the market. The replacement method is very simple and can be operated by customer himself.

This "Backpack lift" is also applicable to the same installation positions of the "one stop solution". However, we strongly recommend that it be used only for projects with two stops. The number of floors can be 2, 3 and 4. However, it is better to park on the ground floor and one of the 2, 3 or 4 floors. It is not recommended that this equipment be suitable for other situations.

In view of the humanized design of our home lift products, it can meet various installation positions and shaft space requirements in the house, such as located in the staircase, near the wall, outdoors and basement. It even needs only the shaft position to provide vertical space for car operation, and even does not need the support of the surrounding walls, just being bolted with several fixing points of the floor edges and walls. In the outdoor case, it can stop multi-storey according to the demand. The customer needs to prepare safety fence for each floor at the site.
Traveling Height	min. 1.0 meter~ max. 10.0 meters, which can cover almost all house height types.
Required Shaft Space	The required shaft space is extremely small, which saves a lot of space for customers. We will make special customization according to the actual site environment of customers.
Machine Room	NOT required. Therefore, the vertical height of the top floor DOES NOT need to be very high, at least 2.2 meters, and there is no need to build a separate machine room. The control cabinet is small and is located near the bottom shaft and can be placed anywhere at will.
Shaft Frame Structure	Not existed and NOT required. Because there is no shaft frame or walls to protect the operation of the elevator, we strongly recommend building a safety fence around each stop or near the entrance and exit to ensure the operation safety.
Safety Roof	This is the safety cover plate device located at the shaft's mouth between floors. The mechanical principle is that when the car rises, it will lift it up. When the car falls, the safety top will automatically fall back to the shaft mouth and cover the hole to ensure that the shaft mouth on the top floor is closed and ensure safety. This is a device dedicated to "Backpack lift".
Anti extrusion safety device	This is the safety device at the bottom of the car, which operates together with the car to ensure that when the car drops, any object encountered at the bottom will mechanically trigger the safety device, so that the car hovers in time to ensure safety.
