Returns & Exchanges

All CHÉRIE orders are final sale — no returns and no exchanges, including for size or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full.

• Write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number, clear photos of the item and the tag, and an unboxing video if available.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags intact.

Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and dispatch the replacement, or issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Sale, clearance and discounted pieces
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or have tags removed
• Minor variation in colour due to screen settings, or slight irregularity natural to handcrafted fabric

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
