Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

• Hyderabad & Telangana — 2–3 business days
• Metro cities — 3–5 business days
• Rest of India — 5–7 business days

Timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather or regional restrictions.

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500. A flat charge of ₹99 applies to orders below that value.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. If tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours, message us and we'll follow up with the courier for you.

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate — orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability can be reshipped at an additional shipping charge.

We currently ship within India only. For international requests, WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a custom quote where possible.
