An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice.

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can. Slight variation in colour, texture or measurement is natural in small-batch and handcrafted garments and is not considered a defect.

Discount codes, including the first-order welcome offer, apply to one order per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

All imagery, text, design and the CHÉRIE name are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, payment providers or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
